Orders will be processed within 1 to 7 working days after payment has been made.
The plants will be packed with extreme care to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition.
The plants can be sent with their pot (especially for Spain) or bare-root.
Depending on whether the plants are in a pot or bare root, as sometimes the plant can be wet and you have to wait for it to dry out completely for safe handling and shipping.
In the case of a bare root plant, we will remove the substrate and let it dry completely; so it will be necessary to wait at least 3-7 days to make a successful shipment
When working with live material that is susceptible to alteration or deterioration due to different conditions, we will replace or pay for the item if the plant arrives in poor condition or has received the wrong item.
The shipments will be made through MRW Courier Agency, To know the status of the order, the customer can access the website of the shipping system chosen and consult through the tracking number.
For shipments with Agency MRW: it is not possible to specify a delivery schedule. The delivery system maintains a time slot from 09:00 to 19:00. The agency will contact by phone or email in case no one is at home (the customer will provide a contact phone).
The same conditions are included for Portugal.
We are responsible for any loss or seizure within the Spanish territory,
For shipments to islands, Ceuta and Melilla "Correos España" will be used.
For delivery to other countries, the delivery will be made through "Correos España" together with the postal service of each receiving country. For this purpose, the shipment will be made by international registered letter (up to 2kg) with a tracking number that will be provided to the customer.
For shipments over 2Kilos the shipment will be by the modality of economic international package, for urgent shipment possibility of express package, (consult). Please consult the customs policies and legislation in force in your country.
A package is considered "lost", after 60 days from the shipment.
We are responsible for delays, losses or seizures of international departures from Spain (Spanish customs control), but due to the customs policies and legislation in force in each country we cannot be responsible for delays, losses or seizures of the destination country.

Due to the perishable nature of the articles, you have 48 hours to request a return after receiving the order by contacting us at email@example.com
Return costs will be borne by Astrophytumland, except for returns due to incorrect contact information provided by the customer.
