SHIPPING CONDITIONS
We ship worldwide (Review shipping policies)
Orders will be processed within 48 business hours after payment is received.
Your shipment will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Plants are shipped with their pot (within the Peninsula) or bare root (outside the Peninsula and abroad).
For bare-root plants, we remove the substrate and let it dry completely, which means it will be necessary to wait 2 to 7 days to make a shipment with guaranteed success.
As we work with living material susceptible to alterations or deterioration for different reasons, we will replace or refund the amount of the item if the plant arrives in poor condition.
PENINSULAR SHIPPING
Shipments will be made through Envialia Courier Agency.
For shipments with Envialia Agency, the delivery system maintains a time slot from 09:00 to 19:00. The agency will contact you by phone or email if you are absent from home (the client will provide a contact phone number).
We are responsible for losses within the peninsula.
NON-PENINSULAR SHIPPING
For shipments to islands, Ceuta, Melilla, “Correos España” will be used.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For shipments to other countries, delivery will be made through "Correos España" together with the postal service of each receiving country. For this purpose, it will be sent by certified international mail (up to 2kg) with a tracking number that will be provided to the customer.
For shipments over 2 Kilos, the shipment will be by economic international package.
Express package is possible (consult).
Please review the customs policies and current legislation in your country.
A package is considered "lost" 60 days after dispatch.
We are responsible for losses or seizures of international shipments from Spain (Spanish customs control).
Due to the customs policies and current legislation of each country, we cannot be responsible for delays, losses, or seizures in the destination country.
By placing the order, the customer understands and accepts the conditions inherent to their purchase.

RETURNS
All "claims" will be gladly attended to, please send a demonstrative photo and an explanation of the claim.
Due to the perishable nature of the items, you have 48 hours to request a return after receiving the order by contacting us at pedidosastrophytumland@gmail.com
Return shipping costs will be borne by Astrophytumland, except for returns due to incorrect contact information provided by the customer.
We will replace or refund the amount of the item if the plant arrives in poor condition or you receive a wrong item.
PLANT TYPE:
When our customer selects a plant with the TYPE rating, what they will receive is a plant with similar characteristics to those described in the photo.
REAL PLANT:
By selecting a plant with the REAL PHOTO description, our customer will receive the same plant they see on the page.
EXAMPLE PLANT:
This description refers to the plant itself, so that our customer knows what its flower, color, and habit will be like.
SHIPPING COSTS
For shipments within Spain:
Shipping cost is 8.50 Euros up to 2000 grams (2 kilos)
From 2001 grams up to 5000 grams (5 kilos) the shipping cost is 11.50 Euros

For shipments outside Spain (EU European Union)
From 100 grams to 500 grams is 12.5 Euros
From 501 to 1000 grams is 19 Euros
From 1001 grams to 2000 grams is 27 Euros
From 2001 grams to 4000 grams is 43 Euros
From 4001 grams to 5000 grams is 47 Euros
FOR SHIPMENTS OVER 5 KG, PLEASE INQUIRE
For shipments outside Spain (NON-European Union) REST OF THE WORLD
Shipping cost up to half a kilo (500 grams) is 16 Euros
From 501 grams to 1000 grams is 27 Euros
From 1001 grams to 2000 grams is 43 Euros
From 2001 grams to 4000 grams is 55 Euros
From 4001 grams to 5000 grams is 62 Euros
FOR SHIPMENTS OVER 5 KG, PLEASE INQUIRE
ISLANDS
For shipments up to 500 grams, the shipping cost is 8 Euros
From 501 grams to 1000 grams, the shipping cost is 11 Euros
From 1001 grams to 2000 grams, the shipping cost is 12 Euros
From 2001 grams to 50000 grams is 22 Euros
